107年各單位電梯提醒事項
由於臺灣氣候多變，經常受到強風暴雨襲擊，惟因天災地變等不可抗力所發生之電梯損害，係不在本校電梯全責維護保養契約履約範圍內，故在以上情況所需維修費必須由使用單位支付。
In Taiwan, it is often attacked by heavy storms due to the ever-changing weather. However, the elevator damages caused by natural disasters, earthquakes and other unexpected events are not covered by the elevator maintenance contract of this school. Therefore, the maintenance charge must be paid by the each division of school in the above situation.
為確保校產及人員生命安全，請各單位主管務必督導管理人員，定期配合電梯保養人員，巡查電梯機房門窗、排風設備，以及電梯機房屋頂、牆壁是否有積水或漏水情況，感謝大家的配合。
In order to ensure the safety of school property and personnel, please the supervisors of all divisions must supervise the management staff, and who regularly cooperate with the maintenance personnel of elevator to inspect the doors, windows and exhaust equipment in the elevator machine room, and whether there is the water accumulation or the water leakage on the roof and walls of this room. Thank you for your cooperation.
本校從6月到8月底期間進行107年度高壓變電站定期停電保養檢測工作（有關排程表請上營繕組網站查看）。停電期間，如有電梯廠商要保養、維修電梯，請務必告知廠商校方停電的日期，廠商必須斟酌考量是否進行維修保養，如有任何異常情形，不可歸咎於校方停電，後果請廠商自負。
This school conducts successively the inspection and maintenance of regular power outages for high-voltage substations from June to the end of August. (Please check the schedules on the website of the Division of Construction & Maintenance in this school). During the power outages, if there is an elevator manufacturer to maintain and repair the elevator, please be sure to inform the manufacturer of the date of school power outages, the manufacturer must consider whether or not to perform the maintenance and repair, if any abnormal situation occurs, the manufacturer ought to be responsible for the consequences, and cannot attribute abnormal situation to the school power outages.
