Details：

1. The project is scheduled to conduct roof waterproofing suspension work at the Materials Science and Technology Museum on Saturday, June 22, from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. The work involves using a crane to hoist discarded equipment and construction materials. During this time, the parking spaces at the entrance of the first floor of the Materials Science and Technology Museum and adjacent roadside parking will be temporarily closed. Traffic control personnel will be stationed to maintain one-way traffic. The areas expected to be affected include the Materials Science and Technology Museum, Materials Laboratory, Alloy Laboratory, Western Dormitories, and Second Guesthouse. Please avoid this area as much as possible. If passage is necessary, please ensure personal safety and follow the instructions of traffic control personnel.

2. The construction area is as shown in the attached diagram. Due to the operation of machinery, we apologize for any noise and inconvenience caused. Your understanding is appreciated.

3. During construction, non-related personnel and vehicles should not approach the surrounding area. Please comply with traffic controls for pedestrians and vehicles. In case of rain during the construction period, a new date will be scheduled for the work.
