1. Work Location: Please refer to the attached diagram. Please be advised that intermittent noise and minor disruptions will occur due to machinery and drilling operations during this period. We sincerely appreciate your understanding.
2. Safety & Lane Closures: Unauthorized personnel are strictly requested to stay clear of the construction perimeter. Pedestrians and vehicles must adhere to onsite traffic controls. Partial lane closures will be enforced during the operations; we apologize for any inconvenience caused. In the event of major university events or force majeure, the construction schedule will be adjusted and postponed accordingly.
