Power outage time: 11/25 (Saturday) 2:00~8:00 in the morning

Power outage areas: refer to the table below

Reason for power outage and things to keep in mind:

1. A power outage operation will be conducted on November 25^th from 2:00AM to 8:00AM to minimize the impact of power outages on everyone. During the power outage, the cable provided by Taiwan Power Company will be removed, and the new cable will be installed. This is due to the incident of cable damage our school had faced, from the second high-voltage station to the electrician workshop on October 16^th to October. The cable replacement operation, provided by Taiwan Power Company, was completed on October 23^rd, and completion of the layout from the second high voltage station to the electrician workshop was on November 20^th to November 23^rd (without power outage). All buildings supplied by the second high-voltage station and Macronix Building will be affected during the power outage.

2. All departments and dormitory-related units in the power outage area must unplug all computers and experimental equipment, and cut off the power supply at distribution boards and switch boxes during the specified time, to maintain electricity safety and avoid possible damage when power is restored.

3. In addition to requesting the correspondent dormitory units within the power outage area to respond as soon as possible, announcements will also be posted at the entrance and elevators each floor, apart from notifying via email. If any relevant matters are completed ahead of schedule, the electricity will be restored earlier. We apologized for any inconvenience this may caused to your unit.

Repair time: It is expected to be repaired within 6 hours (but it still depends on the on-site situation).
