Construction Schedule: Monday, March 2, 2026 – Saturday, December 26, 2026
(Work will primarily be conducted during weekends and daytime. We appreciate your patience should essential procedures require work during class hours.)

General Building II, Engineering Building I, Instruments Center, Guest House I (Hall of Fame), NTHU Water Front Restaurant, General Building III, Education Building, Medical & Counseling Building, Chemical Engineering Building, Power Mechanical/Chemistry Lab, Center for Science Development of Indigenous Peoples, Administration Building, General Building IV, Chemistry Building, Cafeteria (Snack Bar), Ming Hall, Ping Hall, Shan Hall, Jing Hall, Ya Hall, Wen Hall, Hui Hall, Nuclear Science Building, Mong Man Wai Building (Learning Resources Center), Multi-Storey Parking Garage, Electrical Workshop, Woodworking Workshop, Masonry Workshop, and Nuclear Medicine and Environmental Biology Building.
Purpose of Work:
To optimize power efficiency and ensure a more stable electrical infrastructure, the Construction and Maintenance Division is initiating the "Main Campus High-Voltage ABCD Loop & Electromechanical Center Power Upgrades." This project involves extensive underground conduit maintenance and equipment replacement. Please expect heavy machinery and construction vehicles throughout the campus.
Key Safety & Impact Reminders:
Noise & Vibration Alert: Operations involving pavement cutting, manhole access, conduit cleaning, installation of cable trays/hangers, core drilling, equipment hoisting, and cable pulling will generate unavoidable mechanical noise and vibrations. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Traffic & Pedestrian Safety: Work zones will be secured with warning signs or fencing. Construction vehicles may be stationed near manholes. Please slow down when passing work sites and follow the guidance of on-site safety personnel.
Environmental Care: We will strictly supervise contractors to ensure the immediate cleanup of dust and debris, minimizing any impact on the campus environment.
